Editorial Policy

BrokerSafari’s editorial standards for accurate, neutral, sourced and accountable broker research and trading education.

Accuracy

Material factual statements should be checked against relevant sources before publication. Facts, analysis, and unknowns should be distinguishable. Where verification is incomplete, that limitation must be stated rather than presented as a confirmed fact.

Neutrality

Coverage should use consistent criteria and avoid promotional language. Favorable and unfavorable findings should be reported in proportion to the available evidence, without treating either as a recommendation.

Source Transparency

Material claims should identify their source and, where relevant, when it was checked. Primary sources should be preferred for regulatory, licensing, legal-entity, and pricing claims. Missing, inaccessible, or conflicting records should be disclosed.

Fact vs Opinion

Verifiable statements should be presented as facts only when supported by suitable evidence. Interpretations, comparisons, and ratings should be identified as editorial judgement and accompanied by the criteria used.

Broker Claims

Broker statements may be quoted or summarized with attribution, but they should not be presented as independently verified solely because the broker published them. Important claims should be checked against appropriate records when available.

User Reviews

User reports describe individual experiences and may not be representative or independently verifiable. They should be labelled as reports, screened for relevance and privacy, and never treated as proof of a general pattern without corroboration.

Corrections

A correction request should identify the page and disputed passage, explain the issue, and provide supporting evidence if available. Verified errors should be corrected promptly and material changes should be noted. Disagreement with analysis should be assessed separately from a factual error.

Updates

Pages should be reviewed when authoritative sources change or credible evidence of a material change is received. The review date should reflect the work actually performed; a date alone must not imply that every statement was re-verified.

Commercial Disclosure

If advertising, sponsorship, affiliate links, or other commercial arrangements are introduced, their nature should be disclosed near relevant content and separated from editorial conclusions. This policy does not assert the existence or absence of any current commercial arrangement.

Conflicts of Interest

Financial or personal conflicts that could affect coverage should be identified and managed. Any safeguards, recusals, or ownership disclosures should be stated accurately, without implying unverified organizational controls.
