Broker Overview

Mitrade describes itself as a financial technology group offering a proprietary trading platform. Its official materials focus on leveraged CFDs and OTC derivatives, rather than treating a share CFD as ownership of the underlying share.

The group’s company page says it was established in Melbourne, Australia, with a legacy beginning in 2011. Its October 2026 company announcement describes more than 1,000 CFDs across several asset classes. This product count is a provider claim, not an independently audited inventory.

Regulation

Regulatory oversight attaches to a legal entity, not automatically to every account using the Mitrade brand. The company lists six entities and licence identifiers. We located a regulator-hosted CySEC entry for the EU entity; independent regulator-register verification for the other five was not available in this research pass.

The licence details below distinguish regulator evidence from provider disclosure. “Last Checked” is the date the cited source was reviewed; it is not a guarantee that a licence remains active or that every service is authorised.

Official materials list forex, commodities, indices, shares and ETFs. The October 2026 announcement describes these as CFDs and OTC derivatives. A CFD tracks price exposure; it is not the same as buying the underlying asset directly.

Instrument availability, trading hours, contract size and margin depend on the product and entity. No universal product count, cryptocurrency availability or physical-asset ownership is independently asserted here.

Safety / Regulation Analysis

The located CySEC entry establishes an identifiable EU entity and licence identifier, not a guarantee of safety or suitability. The other five licence identifiers remain provider-disclosed in this review. Do not infer that Australian or EU protections cover an account contracted with a different group company.

Mitrade’s platform page claims segregated client funds and negative balance protection. These statements are not an independent audit of custody or financial health. Confirm the exact protections, client classification, complaint process and any compensation eligibility in the entity’s legal documents.

The international English legal-document page links to CIMA-labelled client agreement, product sheet and risk disclosure documents. Do not assume those documents describe EU or Australian accounts. This review does not certify the legal scope of every licence or the enforceability of a particular protection.

Risk warning: leveraged CFDs can produce rapid and substantial losses. Regulatory authorisation does not remove market, counterparty or operational risk. This is general information, not personal financial advice or an account-opening recommendation.
